*** COVID-19 REFUND POLICY**
We are aware that we don't know what the future holds for this pandemic that forced us push our reunion out one year. If the event is canceled yet again we will refund your purchase amount less any credit card handling fees. If for some reason you personally can't make the event and you notify us three weeks prior to the event date, we will refund your purchase amount less any credit card handling fees. If you cancel less than three weeks prior to the reunion date, we are sorry but NO REFUND will be provided. Lorimar requires a confirmed amount of persons participating in the event three weeks prior and charges accordingly.
*** WHAT ARE THE FEES**
When you purchase your tickets via Debit or Credit card the credit card companies / banks take from 2.5% to 3.5% handling fee for the transaction. Even with COVID-19 causing the refund we are not a company or non-profit group so the fee is not returned. The total amount we decided to be deducted on each $90.00 ticket is a flat $3.00 and your total refund will be $87.00. We have added the options to pay via Venmo or Zelle and if you use one of these two options no fee is charged and if you request anytime up to three weeks prior to the event a refund will be given for the full purchase amount.
